• Introduce you to a lender whose charges (junk fees) are minimal, therefore, saving you money that you can put towards your down payment.

• Keep in touch with the lender for updates on your loan process and make sure we get everything we need in a timely manner.

• Shop around for a title company who will give a discount on your title insurance charges…again, saving you money for other things.

• Keep you informed of details throughout the buying process, such as ordering building, termite and any inspections you wish, in the time allotted by the sale contract.

• Present all inspection requests to the seller’s agent within the allotted time.

• Assist you in negotiating these inspection report requests.

• Accompany you to your final “walk-through” inspection prior to closing to make sure everything is as it is supposed to be.
